enables event distance calculations to be displayed on all schedules hosted by Arnb.Org and the Custom RSS feed.
The Custom Schedule and Custom RSS feed require a distance to be entered or States to be checked.
Calculations are AIR miles/kilometers from your exact street address when
provided or the geographic center of your zip code, and will likely be lower
than actual road miles/kilometers. Currently only USA addresses are supported.
